Summary: The authors have developed a mouse model which is very similar to human, and which can be used for more relevant drug evaluations. Focus are is tumor metatasis and especially the phenomenon of the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). HoloMonitor was used to investigate the capability of cell movement of tumor cells at different stages.
