Summary: The study aimed to explore a suggested signaling pathway in the progression of prostate cancer. The study revealed a novel mechanism to precisely define the functional and clinical interrelationship between the cAMP/PKA pathway and AR signaling in developing androgen-independent growth of CaPs and metastasis progression. HoloMonitor M3 was used for imaging of cells and analysis of morphological parameters.
